We provide the following customer information page for compliance with our legal obligation to inform and instruct. This page informs you of all events related to the conclusion of the contract based on your order and our processing of it. Customer information items do not constitute terms or conditions of the contract. These terms and conditions are detailed in the General Terms and Conditions.

2. Information and instructions on your right of revocation:

2.1. Right of revocation
Any customer has the right to revoke his / her contractual statement within 2 weeks, without stating reasons, in writing (e.g. letter, e-mail, fax) or by returning the goods, if these goods are dispatched to the customer within the revocation period. The revocation period commences after receipt of these instructions in written form, however, not before receipt of goods by the customer (for repeat deliveries of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and not before we have fulfilled our obligation to instruct pursuant to Section 312c para. 2 BGB in combination with Section 1 para1, 2 and 4 BGB-InfoV and our obligations pursuant to Section 312e para. 1 sentence 1 BGB in combination with Section 3 BGB-InfoV. In order to observe the revocation period, you must give notice of revocation, or return the goods, within the revocation period. Please address notice of revocation to: posterXXL AG, Infanteriestr. 11a / Geb. C, 80797 Munich, Germany, Fax: 089 - 360 359 25, email: service@posterXXL.de. You are not entitled to right of revocation in case of deliveries manufactured to your specifications, or obviously customized to meet your personal requirements, or whose characteristics make them unsuitable for returning.

2.2. Consequences of revocation
In case of valid revocation, all considerations received by either party and any utilization (e.g. interest)shall be returned. If you are unable to return the goods/services provided in full or in part, or only in impaired state, you may be obliged to provide compensation for lost value. This does not apply in case of goods provided, if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively due to testing the goods in a way which would be possible in e.g. a retail sales outlet. You can avoid being held liable to provide compensation for lost value in case of orderly use of an item, by not using the item as if it were your own property and avoiding any actions that could impair the item's value. Goods which can be returned as packages must be returned at our risk. You must bear the cost of return mail if the goods provided are as ordered and if the price of the goods to be returned is less than 40 euros, or in case of a higher price you have not provided consideration or a partial payment agreed under the terms of the contract. Return mail is otherwise free of charge for you. Goods which cannot be returned as packages will be picked up from your address. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. This period commences for you when you issue notice of revocation, or dispatch the goods, and for us on receipt of the same.

3. Information on warranties and guarantees

Except in cases where a written guarantee is issued, we give no guarantees with respect to the goods delivered or services rendered above and beyond the legal warranty conditions. For more details on warranty, please read Section 7 of our General Terms and Conditions.

4. Information relating to individual provisions of the contract

a) General Terms and Conditions
Our General Terms and Conditions, current version, apply in all cases.

b) Characteristics of goods and services, and prices are quoted in the immediate context of the products offered. You will have a choice in some cases.

c) Payment and performance
Under normal circumstances, shipment in Germany and Austria will be effected following payment by credit card or by direct debit.

d) Technical steps for conclusion of the contract/amendment of errors
The contract between you and us is concluded in the following manner:
1. You can “upload” an image from your computer to our Internet site, select the format size of your poster, and having done so, upload the image to your shopping cart by following the "Upload!" link.
2. You can change the content of the shopping cart, or completely empty the cart, by accessing the Shopping Cart menu item. Changes can be made by clicking with the mouse or by keyboard entry.
3. Clicking the "Continue with Address Entry" button takes you to a page where you can enter your name, delivery address, telephone number, email address and method of payment for ordering the goods.
4. You now have another opportunity to effect changes to your delivery data and method of payment. To change the delivery data, you must go back and click the "Shopping Cart" button. At the end of the "Continue with Address Entry” page you will find a button that takes you to the customer information. At the end of this page you will find a “Submit Order” button. By clicking on this button you submit a binding declaration with respect to the order for the goods in your shopping cart to posterXXL. To do so, you must have accepted our General Terms and Conditions by checking the box marked “General Terms and Conditions” (you can again view the General Terms and Conditions at this point).
5. Receipt of your order is indicated via a website immediately after you submit the order. A contract is not concluded until you have received a written confirmation of order from posterXXL, or until posterXXL has begun to process your order. Subsidiary and supplementary agreements are not valid unless confirmed in writing by posterXXL. If you press the “Back” button instead of the "Order” button, no contract is concluded.
