Data protection statement

(1) posterXXL uses the data supplied by the user (e.g. salutation, name, address, email address, telephone number, fax number, bank account, credit card data) in accordance with the provisions of the German Data Protection Act.

(2) Customer's personal data are used exclusively for processing contracts concluded between the two parties, such as for billing purposes.

(3) No personal data supplied by the customer to posterXXL will be disclosed to third parties, except in cases where this is inevitable due to legal order, or order from authorities.

(4) Once the contract has been fully processed - this includes full payment of the agreed purchasing price - the customer's data, which we are forced by law to retain, will be blocked. These data are not available for further use. Beyond this, personal data are deleted, except where the person in question has explicitly agreed to ongoing processing and use of their personal data. In this case the customer can query, modify, or delete their personal data via posterXXL. Customers can withdraw their consent at any time.

(5) You are entitled to view the data stored for you free of charge; you are also entitled to modify, block, or delete such data. To do so, please contact our Service Centre at service@posterXXL.com.

(6) This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "Cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and to support analysis of your use of this website. The information generated by your use of this website (including your IP address) is sent to a Google server in the USA and store there. Google will section this information to evaluate your use of this website, to generate reports on website activities for the website operators, and to provide further services related to the use of the website and the internet. Google may pass on this information to third parties, if required to do so by law, or if these third parties process data as Google's agents. Google will not link your IP address with other Google data.
