What file formats do you process?
We process the following formats. JPG (jpg, jpeg) and TIFF (tif, tiff). The standard format used by most digital cameras is JPG format.
My product has not been delivered yet. What can I do?
If your order happens not to have arrived on time, you can track the delivery on www.dpd.com.
My delivery address is wrong or has changed. What should I do?
Unfortunately, your address can't be changed retrospectively due to fast order processing.
What products do you offer?
We produce exclusively for our customers: posters, laminated posters, canvases, Forex sheets, dibond aluminium, acrylics, light boxes, backlit foils, PVC sheeting, adhesive foils, photo wallpaper, photobooks and photo calendars.
Who should I contact if I have a question about my bill?

What options does the Product Designer offer?
The posterXXL Product Designer lets you design an individual product. Upload your photo, select the material, size and special product type, and apply a special effect to your photo if so desired. In preview mode you can view your work of art directly in a realistic environment.
Will my images be processed prior to printing?
No. We print your image exactly the way you send it to us. When choosing a format size please make sure that your photo has a sufficient resolution.
