Which delivery service will deliver my order?
Our products are shipped via DPD. Extra large formats such as, e.g. extra large canvases, are delivered by a specialist courier.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We charge £5.99 for posters, laminated posters and adhesive foils. Shipping for all other products costs £9.99.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to Germany and Austria without any limitations. For a delivery to any other country, please place your order on the following pages:

How can I check my order's status?
You can surf to www.dpd.com to check the current shipping status for your order. To do so, enter your DPD package number from your order confirmation in the "Tracking" field.
Who will deliver my order?
Our products are shipped via DPD. Extra large formats such as, e.g. extra large canvases, are delivered by a specialist courier.
Can I pick up my order personally?
No. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a pick-up service as we produce at different locations.
What shall I do if I'm out when a delivery arrives?
If you are not at home to receive your order, DPD will keep the package and leave a note. DPD will try to deliver again next day. If you know in advance that you will not be at home all day, you can typically inform DPD service by phone and arrange an alternative delivery time. Check your DPD note for the number.
What can I do if the delivery address is wrong?
Unfortunately, your address can't be changed retrospectively due to fast order processing.
